The owner of JOURNEYoga, Padma, has teaching in her blood. From professor parents to over a decade teaching in the public school system, she lives to teach. "I believe the ultimate JOURNEY is a dance between teaching and learning," says Padma. The name Padma is a sanscrit name that represents a spiritual teacher. The name also represents the endless possibilities for beauty in every new day.At JOURNEYoga there is an emphasis on teaching and learning and we offer a space to return, where peace and well-being are always possible.
Studio
The JOURNEY community is strong, working hard to positively imact each other's lives as well as thinking about our imact on the earth. We are in the process of moving to a location only one block away, with more space for classes! The new studio will be constructed with thoughts of limiting the negaive impact on the environment. We have no printer and use electronic communication when possible and offer water without a vessle. Bring your own bottle!
