Before your first visit to JOURNEYoga:
1. Print and complete the liability waiver.
2. Create an account in Mind Body Online.
3. Register for your first class by purchasing the New to JOURNEYoga Pass!

We have mats, props and fresh water (no bottles/cups so bring your own for refilling).

If you are new to Yoga, start with one of the following classes:
Yoga I - Teaches the basics.
Core Focus - Often called "Hard Core, Yoga Lite" No yoga experience required and this strengthens your body making traditional yoga easier.
All Levels with Meditation - a very slow class with emphasis on the benefits of meditation
Gentle Yoga - teaches you to use your body

Don't stress about your first few classes. It often takes a few classes to be comfortable with the space, the vocabulary, and the process. Try a few teachers to find the one that best fits your personality and needs.
